My passion for nutrition + fitness started almost 8 years ago when I decided to commit to my first ever, 3 week at home fitness calendar! I lost 25lbs and changed my entire identity when it came to moving my body and fueling it with the right foods!
Over the years, I have become OBSESSSSED with holistic nutrition and really understanding what ingredients mean and how to fuel my body on a cellular level! 🌿 Nutrition doesn’t need to be this daunting or overwhelming task… it can be FUN, simple and healing! ❤️🩹 What we PUT IN is what we are going to get out!
