I have had a huge passion for health and fitness for the last 8 years after successfully losing 25 pounds and GAINING muscle myself and seeing how much it has changed my life! As a busy gal running her own business, I know it can be easy to put off our health and fitness goals and let life get in the way. My goal is to help you get healthy and fit in a sustainable way. And throughout the process, learn how to love yourself, be confident in your own skin and prioritize self care!

We all show up daily in the group and share our proof that we are on track: photos of our meals, shakes and workouts. This group is also where I teach on mindset through live videos and posts within the group.
Sharing your journey in the group is how we all can support you, encourage you and hold you accountable to staying on track! Plus, you get to see what everyone else is doing too which can help motivate you to press play on your workouts each day and give you new meal ideas!

Step 1: Nutrition
Say goodbye to the hassle of counting calories, tracking macros, or giving up your favorite foods. We'll kick things off with a nutrition plan that's helped thousands of women lose weight and keep it off. Yes, you can still enjoy that glass of wine on date night and have your cake at birthday parties without thinking that you failed! We'll introduce you to the simple "plate it method" to help you choose the right foods and portion sizes.
Step 2: At-Home Workouts
No need for fancy gym gear or expensive memberships. These workouts are designed to fit into your busy life. Just a couple of dumbbells and an internet connection are all you need to exercise in your living room. And if you love going to the gym, you can take these workouts with you. Some are as short as 20 minutes a day, perfect for your busy schedule.
Step 3: Mastering Your Mindset
This is where the magic happens! Even with the perfect diet and workout plan, success depends on your mindset. I specialize in helping you believe in yourself and conquer those thoughts that usually trip you up. We'll work on overcoming scale frustration, skipping workouts, and using food for comfort. Remember, all those excuses start in your mind, and I am here to help. I share mindset tips and tricks every week in my Sweat Studio community.
Step 4: The Fit Club Community
Connect with other busy gals like you who are on their own weight loss or growth journeys. This private community is a place where you can share meals, workouts, delicious recipes, and ask for help or advice. It's a judgment-free zone where you can be yourself and connect with amazing women who are on this journey with you. Sharing within the group is a fantastic way to stay accountable and get inspired by others.
