For 30 days, we are going to go ALL IN our our nutrition course called 2B mindset! This is going to teach you how WHAT and HOW MUCH food you should be eating based on your goals! Alongside teaching you how to properly plate your food so that you can have BALANCED meals! This is NOT a 30 day cleanse or a quick fix- this is a 30 day nutrition challenge that is going to give you the tools to create sustainable nutrition routines/habits! We are removing the overwhelm/confusion so that you can FINALLY understand what your body needs to THRIVE! ✨✨

It’s not a diet—it’s a mindset. Most diets have an end date. But because this program helps you by shifting the way they think about food, you can use the 2B Mindset principles for the rest of your life. Also, most diets require deprivation. The 2B Mindset shows you how to get to, and maintain, your ideal weight, while eating foods you actually enjoy, so you always feel full and satisfied—and happy!!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Lose weight/maintain weight/gain and build healthy habits you’ll stick with our first ever, 30 day nutrition reset challenge. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Ilana Muhlstein has taken the fundamentals of her 2B Mindset eating plan, updated it with over five years of insights and observations, and organized it into a 4-week timeline. In 5-10 minutes a day, you’ll get everything you need to help you break free from self-sabotaging habits, stop all-or-nothing thinking, identify whether you’re eating from habit or hunger, and handle the ‘F-it I want to eat it’ moments. Each week tackles a different theme:

  • Week 1: Learn the core principles

  • Week 2: Break old habits

  • Week 3: Master your mindset

  • Week 4: Long-term success

The 2B Mindset is also extremely easy to follow:
• No counting calories, no measuring food, and no using food containers
• No cutting out food groups
• No deprivation or feeling hungry
• Ability to follow the program even when you are at a restaurant, a party, or on vacation!
